From a simple recipe, inspired by the tradition of Puglian peasant cuisine, with the care to preserve the authentic flavors of the past. Whole Leccino olives in brine, crunchy and with a delicate taste, enriched with myrtle leaves infused in the jar.
The Leccino variety olives have a slightly elongated shape and an intense green color, with shades of aubergine, the soft and fleshy pulp has a fruity and very delicate flavor. Whole, with the pit, they are the queens of appetizers and pizza.
