From a simple recipe, inspired by the tradition of Puglian peasant cuisine, with the care to preserve the authentic flavors of the past. Pitted Leccino olives in brine, crunchy and with a delicate taste.

Leccino variety olives have a slightly elongated shape and an intense green color, with shades of aubergine, the soft and fleshy pulp has a fruity and very delicate taste.

Pitted, they are ideal for pasta recipes, fillings for meat and fish rolls, as a filling for gourmet sandwiches, to add color to mixed and green salads. Easy to use in all stuffed bread recipes, focaccias and as a topping for pizza.

The washed and selected olives are allowed to rest in containers with water and salt. After the necessary time to achieve the right sweetness, they are pitted and packaged in glass jars with water, salt and citric acid


We remind you to store the product in a cool and dry place, away from sources of light and heat. After opening, store in the refrigerator and consume within a few days.
