Its consistency makes it creamy just right to spread on Puglian friselle, all types of croutons and homemade bread bruschettas. Ideal for enhancing appetizers and starters, as a filling for gourmet sandwiches, accompanying fish or meat main courses, or platters of aged cheeses. Easy to use as a dressing for a tasty yet light cold pasta.

The washed and selected olives are allowed to rest in containers with water and salt. After the necessary time to achieve the right sweetness, they are finely chopped until they reach the ideal creaminess and are mixed in optimal proportion with extra virgin olive oil. The resulting paté is then packaged in glass jars.
Please remember to store the product in a cool and dry place, away from sources of light and heat. After opening, store in the refrigerator and consume within a few days.
