Delicate taste with a light fruity character, harmonious with pleasant notes of sweet almond, artichoke and lettuce leaf. Bitterness and spiciness are in perfect balance: a very slight bitterness and a hint of spiciness are perceived on the palate, harmonizing well with the overall predominantly sweet taste and olfactory sensations.

Ideal for seasoning simple warm bread, tasty bruschettas, vegetable platters, raw fish, fresh cheeses like mozzarella and ricotta, fish soups, white meats, fish carpaccio, and vegetable-based first courses. Perfect for a light sauté, frying or as a substitute for butter in desserts such as donuts, tarts and plumcakes.
