From Lemon essential oil, with its intense and tangy citrus notes, combined with our extra virgin Selezione Foglia Verde, a seasoning is born with a robust flavor, capable of imparting fresh and pleasantly fragrant sensations to dishes.
How do we pair it?
Great on fish, white and red meats, in cold seafood pasta and in seafood rice salad. Ideal for all variations of green or mixed salads. Perfect as a base for pinzimonio and for homemade mayonnaise preparation. Also suitable for many pastry recipes, including cookies, creams, donuts and tarts.
